Personal Training

This if for a 2 hour session, which includes:

- An introduction, (so you can be taught how to use the equipment) 

- 1:1 mentoring (I'll be supporting you throughout, motivating you)

- 1:1 breakdown (explain what each workout does)

- 1:1 chat (a small therapy style chat, just to workout where you are mentally in your journey)


Online Coaching

This if for an 8 week programme.

whats included in this programme;

- A full bespoke routine to maximise your efficiency and reduce stress

- A full new diet plan designed specifically for you

- Weekly catchup calls to see how you are doing in yourself

- Monthly quiz to see if your mentality is evolving with the course (and to visually see if there are areas that need more attention)

- Weekly sessions to work on mentality and mental health

- Fitness/Gym plan 

- Monthly reports of updates and changes that have been seen
