My Story
This section talks about my personal background, history and journey, for you to understand no matter where you are in your life, its never too late to transform your life or improve your life.
My Childhood (5-11 years old)
I grew up in the 'perfect' life, both my parents married, no family arguments, in rural Wales. I was diagnosed with ADHD when i was 9 years old, enjoyed school, had a lot of friends, life was great. I was bullied for my size and weight.
My teenage life (12-16 years old)
I started hanging around with the wrong crowd aged 12. we were drinking, smoking tobacco and weed. Aged 14 got my first trouble with the police after getting involved in hateful groups. I got expelled from secondary school at 15. Went to college at 16 but didn't change anything, drugs, drinking, smoking.
My early adult life (17-20 years old)
At 17, got my first conviction. this conviction was accidental arson, at this point was fully off the rails, taking hard drugs, prescription drugs and drinking alcohol basically daily. At 18 was placed on probation for several charges of threats of violence and assault. Age 19 received my first prison sentence, and it was for burglary and assault, was sentenced to 14 months of prison.
Adult life and my major turning point
At 20 was convicted of blackmail and was given an indefinite hospital order in replacement of prison. Got clean from drugs, but still struggled with my violent thoughts. At 21 got moved to a higher secure unit for an assault on staff. that's my changing spot. I was surrounded by hardened criminals and people lost to the system, that was when I started to change my lifestyle. Started working on my mental health, eating healthier and training more. Giving myself a reason, a purpose.

At Python Physical, my most important belief is simple yet profound: if you haven't taken control of your mental health, you won't be able to truly drive yourself in fitness. My goal is to guide you to achieve lasting fitness by first fostering a strong mental foundation. This holistic approach ensures sustainable results and a healthier, happier you.
